Postage & packing Postage & packing in U.K. & N/IRELAND. Postage & packing in U.K. & N/Ireland is £2.99. This is by first class recorded mail. Sales ordered over £50 are free of carriage, UK & N/Ireland ONLY. If goods are returned from sales with free carriage, bringing total sale value to less than £50, P & P will be charged at £2.99 per order in the UK. Postage & packing Outside the U.K. Postage is calculated on shop prices before VAT is deducted for all orders outside EEC. Postage for sales up to £50.00 will be £5.50. Sales from £50.01 to £100.00 will be £7.00. Sales from £100.01 to £150.00 will be £9.00. Sales from £150.01 to £200.00 will be £11.00. Due to insurance (maximum insurance available is £200 per packet) and postage charges, all orders above this will be split into two parcels and charged postage accordingly. (Delivery usually takes on an average four days after posting but please allow ten working days) Delivery charges are for Recorded International Mail. RETURNS EXCHANGES & FAULTY GOODS If goods are returned within 7 days from date of invoice with all the original packaging and labels still attached and have NOT BEEN WORN, OR DAMAGED we will gladly refund the cost of the goods or exchange. (P & P is non-refundable) Please use invoice/return slip as proof of purchase. We recommend you return goods by recorded post. This service insures goods up to £23.00 in value. Goods are the customer's responsibility until received on the premises A charge for p&p at the appropriate rate will be made on exchanges In the unlikely event of goods being faulty please return with packaging and invoice/return slip as proof of purchase.
